This is our second stay at Encantada and we will be staying again and again, this complex is 10 out of 10, i cant fault the place, its clean, modern, has everything you need, there is a target jut down the road for food etc and plenty of restaurants just down the road. The unit was perfect for us: grandparents, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it. The pools were heated and very clean.The area was convenient to shopping and to entertainment. Very good restaurants close by.

This is a lovely top-floor flat in a complex, but it is not a standard holiday complex - families live there all the time. There are no amenities other than the pool and some fitness machines, which is OK for my family. You will essentially be on your own - there are no staff on site.
