Location, location, location nice pool, right on Duval street but once in the courtyard you could be on your own private oasis. Great staff very helpful we needed a fridge or my partners medication it was there within 5 minutes of asking at the front desk. The location was perfect and I was amazed and very happy with how quiet it was once you entered the property and left the noise and craziness of Duval Street. Very close to wonderful restaurants and a CVS store.
wszystkie opinie » The lay out of the property was beautiful along with the landscaping. I liked the Deluxe rooms on how they are set up and separate. It felt very relaxing while there. Gtreat location. Our room was beautiful. Large queen 4 poster bed. Full kitchen. Balconay overlooking main street. Definitly would stay again. Location excellent, staff wonderful and helpful, very quiet and private and close to mopeds. Definitely will stay here on all trips. Location was fantastic, staff was incredible, garden area was beautiful, breakfast was more than sufficient. Loved this place!. The grounds are beautiful. The plantings and trees, the courtyard, the pool, the gazebo. A wonderful place to relax. Cleanliness of rooms,courteous staff, thankful for a free upgrade to room with closet and drawers, upon complaint. This was a fabulous place to stay and gave us generous hospitality as well as convenience to Key West old town. Everything - place was really clean, beautiful gardens and pool. very intimate and friendly. Perfect location, we were always greeted with a smile and everybody was so helpful. Great location. Requested rooms with two beds, ended up with singles, and no cots available. Considering we booked 2&1/2 months in advance, we were pretty disappointed. Hotel blamed it on reserving through letsbookhotel.com, and said they didn't have responsibility in those cases. That seemed like a pretty flimsy excuse. If any complaint it would be the bathroom was a bit tight but hey it wouldn't stop me going back. The other thing is charging for car parking but again would not stop me going back. Beds are too soft. Maid service didn't replenish the correct amount of towels used. Water pressure was very low but livable. nothing. Room size was unacceptable. There is nothing bad to say. nothing we didn't like. nothing. Our room small, tiny bathroom. Would have liked to sit on front porch.. and being able to have coffee in the room without getting dressed and going to breakfast area.... Small spaces. openings in the door, noisy, rooms too small. not good value, too expensive. Not a thing. Same breakfast day after day. It never changed at all. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Leak in ceiling in bedroom, but was accommodated readily. cost. Nothing. . Unpleasant staff . A 4” foam mattress over a battered old mattress does not improve the bed . Cheap and scarce bathroom amenities . Run of the mill breakfast. Breakfast that is less than a true "B&B" for experience. No hot breakfast, nothing special or unique. Breakfast better at a Courtyard by Marriot then this advertised "Bed & Breakfast". Room was extremely small, no ammenities. No closet or dresser, 15" tv. All for and average of 225 a night. The floors were very thin so we got a lot of noise complaints from people below just from walking around. Terrible shower water pressure. the mattress were terrible, breakfast was poor,. No coffee until 8am and you had to get dressed to go get it. No towel bars in bath had to pile on toilet. Yuck!, Air conditioner did not work, shower handle about to fall off and cover missing, light in fan did not work and bed was old and unconfortable.
