  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. I would stay there again for sure. - We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

  The staff was incredibly friendly. The view from our room was incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river below. Quiet off the Parkway, yet close enough to comfortably walk to it & back f - I found it to be a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. It's a older motel, the court yard IDE we stayed in is the older section, but it was well kept up and very clean. For my kids ages 9 and 21 the Internet and pools are importtant, they had both! And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes. As to location...I like being out if the hustle of downtown. I

Hot and cold breakfast included was a bonus. Microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus. Grilling area out by the creek is nice. Would stay there again when we could stay longer as we were only there for one night. AC in the room worked great!

  Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was clean. We loved the location, we could leave the car parked and walk. The rooms were soundproof - did not hear doors closing or people in the hallway. - Excellent location, great room with spa. Very comfortable and perfect for exploring the Smoky Mountains.
