Sra. Mercedes who cleaned our room was very helpful. She went out of her way to assist me when she realized I could not walk. She is to be commended for her caring and professionalism. HAd a problem because the poolwas closed for maintenance, resolved to my
satisfaction with hotel staff. George was very helpful and professional. -
I loved the huge room, hot tub/ indoor pool, and the staff was

We were there to visit a sick family member who passed away so we had to extend our stay through the funeral. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had and the room was comfortable and they provided a crib for our two month old. -

The place was clean. The staff was friendly. They had their grand opening celebration while we were there and the food was good. There was a large assortment of food for breakfast every morning. -
