  We stayed in three different hotels in three nights and this was our favorite. Hot tub was appreciated after a day hiking and our daughter loved the pool. Staff was very nice, promptly brought more towels to pool when informed they had ran out and offered to bake fresh cookies when I looked at the selection. Breakfast was great- silverware and reusable dishes/bowls rather than throw away plastic, plus a large selection including waffles, eggs, potatoes - The Staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The Room was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. I like the fact that the shampoo and conditioner in the bath was Pantene Brand. The morning breakfast was very good and offered a wide selection like bagels, english muffins, eggs, ham and potatoes, fresh fruit, oatmeal and juice. The waffles were yummy! The pool was very nice and so was the exercise room. All in all I thought it was a very nice hotel.

  Staff was very accomodating when I requested an early check in for business. They had to switch me from a room with a king to a room with two double beds but that was no big deal. Very courteous, professional and helpful. The rooms were amazingly clean and the staff was helpful to get anything we needed. At one time our keys stopped working and even though they tried to fix them they still wouldn't work in our door and they gave us a Master key to make sure we wouldn't get locked out of our room.

  I had gotten at the hotel about two hours before check-in time and I really like how I was allowed to check-in early. I stayed in room 305, and overall it was a great room. My biggest like was the fact that the hotel is located right behind Famous Daves and diagonally behind TGI Fridays.
