  Splendid reception of the staff! Everybody are very nice and helpful, yet professional. They treat you as a real person not only like a moneymachine that is commonplace nowadays. They are genuinely nice! World class service! And the location is great, close to the airport, easy starting point of getting in and around Miami.   Really pleased with our choice. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Large, well equipped room, reception staff helpful and very pleasant. I am sorry I did not get her na - An excellent hotel! As we we would be only for one night in Miami (we would catch the flight back to Brazil next morning), we chose the hotel based on two needs: proximity to the airport and that the room was silent. We got a deal through booking and chose the Embassy, and were very pleased. New facilities, a good breakfast, a room and spacious (we can organize four big bags with ease in the room). And had no problem with noise from aircraft or with people walking in the hallways. Excellent cho

  Its convenience to the airport and port of miami. Stayed one night but was well looked after the staff were really helpful. I booked 2 rooms which were clean and had all we needed for the night. You can also purchase the most famous excursion in good price, personal is very friendly, and breakfast is pretty complete. The 24hr lobby and emergency food was a good backup to being able to have takeaway delivered to my room. The late check-out was a nice surprise and made my long journey from Oz to St Martin a much easier trip. I would recommend Quality without hesitation.

The pool was well maintained!
