I stayed the night of 8/5. The frontal desk lady was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and went out of her way to make me comfortable. The room was very nice and the cleanest room of 7 I stayed in on this trip. The lady on shift the next morning was also friendly and hardworking. 24 hour shuttle to the Colorado Springs airport, about 10 minutes away.
Drivers were very helpful--even found my husband's coat that he left
in the lobby the evening before we left. -
The staff was super friendly and we got good perks (free buffet breakfast, 20% discount at restaurant, 1 free cocktail)

The hotel was beautiful with a large atrium with waterfalls and small pools, even Koi. The breakfast area was very large and the buffet breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Our rooms were lovely and well kept up. Yet most of all, the staff, Ken Starkie, Misty and Cody were the best!! They went out of their way to make our stay at

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was beautiful and very well kept. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was superb!!! The complimentary breakfast was very nice also.

Rooms were very very nice and great value for the money. Staff was outstanding. We paid a lot more on our travels to Colo. in hotels that should be ashamed to be called a Hotels especially Holiday Inn Express -

From the minute we drove up until we left, the staff were friendly and
helpful. The room was wonderful and clean and the beds were comfy. We
ate in the restaurant and the wait staff was great as well - Theresa
from Poland was our waitress and she was so graciious -

Wow! We had an incredible stay! The week before we had stayed at the
Broadmoor. The customer service at the Academy Hotel was on the same
par, and the atmosphere was great. My husband and I work in tourism and
customer service, so this is something we are sensitive to. We loved

Absoulty everything except I think check out should be 24 hours from the
time you check in.. It's a bit unfair to only allow you to check in
at 4 and you have to check out by 11 ... That's 5 hours if time paid
for but not allowed to use.. Other than that we loved it . We usualy
stay 2/3 times a month at a hotel (motel 6 and quality) the later of
the 2 we will never stay again and 6 for the price it was a good 1 but
it's hit or miss with things like the air working or haveing a
microwave or frid
