Stay every two weeks there; had. first rate Concierge help through Tracey - this time we dined at The Boarding House rest. and met the owner, Alpina Singh (from the WTTW show Check Please); received an autograph and all.while there. A speical night out w/help from The Palmer House. Dr. Brian Hinrichs

The location for shopping, business and sightseeing is excellent. The hotel has a hip, trendy vibe that feels like a welcome touch of Manhattan or Copenhagen. When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put
us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a
suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to
happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take
care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great
location, too.
