  The whole experience was perfect. Booked the Inn based on the reviews which were mostly good but still had some reservations. After full day of driving on the North Loop, we arrived at Riverwalk. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a friendly gentleman, who knew exactly who we were by name. I only get that treatment when I have status. - We loved The Riverwalk Inn. The staff, and particularly Kate, one of the owners, went out of her way numerous times to help us with some unique needs we had coming straight from Glacier National Park. She loaned us a cooler for our perishables, help us re-freeze our blue ice and helped us with all of our needs. The Inn is in a lovely location just off the Chelan Riverwalk Park.   Although I've been attending professional conferences in Chelan for over a decade, this is the first time I've stayed at the Lakeview Hotel. I've always liked their restaurant (BC MacDonald's) and frequently dine there when I'm in Chelan for a conference. I also enjoy chatting with the owners, who are very friendly. Being right in the center hub of town and walk to everything!

  From the time I checked in until I left, I was really impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice!!! I was actually quite surprised....
