The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provide a shuttle bus, not just to/from midway airport, but to anywhere within a 5 mile radius which is very helpful -

Good location and great view (you can actually see the lake) for $129 a single night made it a bang for buck. The rooms are on the top floor (40th) while the lover levels are offices of different banks. Just thinking about taking a shower above a corner room makes you smile:)

The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. Staff and accomodations were outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful. There is a small coffee shop with a hotel entrance that has excellent food and was reasonable with delicious food. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.

Free transfer to and from the airport 24/7 . Nice staff. Great choice in breakfast. Flightschedule in receptionhall on tv. Free internet. Modern version of complimentary soap/shampoo etc. - Clean, neat, efficient service, excellent pizza and fruit plate via room service, quiet, convenient to airport, etc.
