I appreciated the fact that I was called back when I left a message with
housekeeping about a computer cord that I forgot in the hotel room. The
found my cord and are mailing it to me. That service was good! -
Had a restaurant in the hotel, fitness facility was fairly large and had
dumbbells and benches.

The gentleman at the reception desk was so accommodating upon my very late check in. I was in my room within 1min of walking through the front door. :)
Bed was very comfortable -
I really liked the layout of the room. It allowed me to work on my computer and watch TV. The lighting in the desk area was helpful.

We had planned to get together with my 21 yr. old daughter downtown then hit the Colts game on Sunday. We had a great Saturday night ending at the Noodle then walked past the train rooms! to our room where we had a great night! Woke up and picked up by Colts Tix in the lobby! Built inside an old Railway Station with Train car rooms available. This is a historic beautiful building with great facilities. Currently undergoing renovations which did not bother us at all and can only be a benefit. We loved the statues and the history of the building.

The staff were wonderful - especially Cherie at the front desk- We want to make sure management knows what a gem they have there. Complementary breakfast was delicious with hot dishes included. Lovely patio on the canal to watch the paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and people walking along the canal. Even had Duck food to feed the ducks swimming by. V

We loved everything about our stay. The room was great! I thought I reserved a 1 bedroom queen suite city view and when we got there it was actually a 2 bedroom queen suite with a canal view, it was amazing! We came into town for the football game and my boyfriends 30th birthday, the staff brought him a birthday card and some candy that was so nice of them. A true surprise. The location was perfect. President stayed at your facility in downtown Indianapolis. When we were
checking in on Wednesday April 10 th there was no reservation and you
were booked solid as was every other hotel your assistant general
manager Brian Carey(?) was checking on for me. Somehow I had accidently

The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was very
comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet and the Manager's

Our view over looked a dumpster but it is the basic room. The rooms are nice and more designed for a long stay. The location is what makes it worth the young staff and the ok accommodations. -

The location and the service was wonderful, the contemporary style of the hotel was great room was a Lil small but for the location and service well worth the price! Excellent choice the wife loved it! Other downtown hotels don't even measure up! If your choosing Indianapolis this should be your first choice quiet at night with the same access

The hotel & decor were beautiful and very clean. Loved the walk-in
shower with the rainfall shower head! The staff was very friendly and
helpful. We were there for the Bands of America Grand Nationals, so the
location to Lucas Oil Field was not bad, but to most restaurants was a
long walk. I'm not in good shape, so all the walking we did, was
quite a challenge!
