Free shuttle to and from airport is great. Our room was neat and clean
and the bed was very comfortable. Liked the fact that there was a
laundry room on our floor ( we did one load of wash), and for future
reference noted the microwave, empty refrigerator and coffee maker in
the room. The little store downstairs had a good selection of items,

We stayed for one night before continuing on with our vacation. Loved the size of the hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, lovely pool area. Enjoyed walking in the area and going to Byron's. We would definately stay here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. We walked thru the Best Western but preferred your hotel, less busy and more personal and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel was good in facility and even has a swimming pool, although I didn't use. The mountain view room has just a few blocks in the view and was good to me. The room was pretty large for one person, clean and with all necessary items except you have to bring your own tooth brush and paste.

The beautiful ocean view from our room was truly spectacular. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. The shopping mall was wonderful and had everything one could ask for in a mall shopping experience. The staff at LSI was very friendly and accomodating. I would definately book a stay with them again. -

The place is great. I stayed there for one week, and totally enjoyed my time there. What I liked the most was the staff, they really make you feel being welcome. And they are helpful. In my opinion, the best way to judge the quality of someone’s service is when something goes wrong. Well, when I had reason to complain, the issue was handled fast and professionally. Just perfect. We stayed on the 24 floor with Ocean views. The view by night was amazing. would suggest spend the little extra to enjoy such wonderful views. The room was very big and comfortable. Convenient location near the beach and shopping and restaurants. WiFi in the room enables us to keep in touch with family back in Toronto and fridge and microwave in the room which was very helpful for breakfast. We had a good room with the view of the road but no noise. The Elite concierage and the Bell hop were very helpful in arranging trips and taxi

The Hilton Hawaii is a very grand and posh hotel. So obviously expensive. Facilities are very good. 8 swimming pools. Eateries. Shopping mall. Grocery etc. easily available. Beach is poor and stony. Got upgraded to a king bed corner room top floor of an ocean front
tower. Staff were all excellent and friendly. Service was typically
American with high standards. All very approachable. The rooms and
resort we're clean and tidy all the time. Very child friendly, with
movie nights for the kids and plenty of water activities and also a kids
club for the younger ones. Best hotel beachfront location on Waikiki. We

I originally did not pick because it looked somewhat shady but when I arrived to HNL and saw what it looked like. I booked a reservation.
