  Location to conference center - ease to get around the areas - room was comfortable - had to request but did promptly receive a refrigerator for our room - - Friendly staff. All of them offered directions and suggestions on where to go shopping or for a good local eatery.

  Beautiful bar and skilled mixologists. Very comfortable and great for meetings. The first floor lobby has dozens of books, so you can read in one of the many chairs or take a book up to your room. Our concierge service was phenomenal! We were celebrating our anniversary and I scheduled a masseuse for my wife. I tried to get the item placed on our bill upon checkout, but - The staff was wonderful with helping us find our way around the city. Valet parking was great, and my car was always waiting for me when I came down to the lobby to get it. The location was also perfect for the downtown area. The metro bus was right down the street as well.

  i liked that carla took time to take good care of us. she got my room early so we could get dressed for a wedding that started at 4:00. she was very kind and professional. i loved our breakfast. great nutritional choices and a big variety. great breakfast area! thank you - Loved it all!
