  I liked the fact that everyone on your staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. I was especially impressed with Bonnie Ashbury, who works in the buffet breakfast area. She was sincerely friendly, pleasantly out- going, dedicated 100% to customer service/satisfaction, and extremely hard working.   When we encountered issues relating to the initial room assigned, the staff moved expeditiously to resolve. It led to a change in room and an upgrade. The staff was very accommodating with respect to our three very young children, they did not treat them like an inconvenience.   The hotel was not located in the middle of all the congestion like the rest of the hotels near the casino and mall. Convnience to everything - food, mall, casino, highway. - I didn't know what to expect other than from the photos. This place was amazing and necessary! Will make this our first choice when traveling.
