The place was indeed very clean, in a new building, a nic - We were highly satisfied with these apartments. As many others have mentioned before, rooms are fine (clean, spacious, with new furniture, massage shower bath, quick internet…), but the biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff, which is extremely kind and helpful (specially Vladimir). I am sure, that in the whole Kiev you will not find a better staff than VS apartments staff, so do not hesitate and book you room until it is too late..

But it actually has a giant shopping complex next door, plenty of good restaurants, the metro station is very close and there is quite a large park a little further away. Great ambiance and within walking distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise. Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with spectacular views and plenty of things to do.
