At first glance you would be forgiven for thinking the hotel has nothing of worth surrounding it. The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The value is superior because the hotel is not right down town but it is very convenient to it. The Metro is cheap and easy to use. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. The hotel was located quite well. Up on a hill over the Olympic stadium with only a 10 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast wasn't huge but it was decent with several options eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc. Wifi was good enough to video chat with so that was nice. I liked that there were water coolers on each floor so I could easily have drinking water.

I ask for reservation of taxi for an airport (in the check out) mantionet Sky Taxy and they preper everything. It cost 120 grivnas (very cheap)! When I fly on the airport and findou taxydriver by myself it cost 300 grivnas!
Very friendly personal (not really smiling but very unhasitating. Excellent room cleaning service. Greath thing was the safe at the room and very comfortable bed.

I travel from Argentina. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is very nice. The location is good. Just a short walk to the central square. My room was clean. The air aconditioning was great. Like the TV channels also. The breakfast was good and served in room. I like the option they give you for transfer from/to airport.
