Nice and Clean rooms Friendly staff
The stuff managed to solve a problem (though created by its own lack of attention). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts are reasonably priced and tasty as well as coffee.
Soviet building with no elevator and inconvenient stairs sucks even though it was renovated to maximum possible output. More Soviet heritage in form of blanket cover not pulled on. The location is not convenient for a city trip as the hotel is far from the center and metro but for visiting the nearby expo center (my case) the location was perfect.

Olyesa and Viktoria, receptionist was excellent with their English and they helped me a lot. They are kind, friendly and very polite. They have to get 5stars. The hotel was very clean and even the cleaning ladies was so helpful. Nothing got lost from my room and I would suggest this hotel to everyone. The bus stop was close and the tram also helped a lot. It was ideal for a traveller like me. But the staff is 5 star...The internet is quick, more than enough channels on tv and my room was cleaned everyday. I can not find fault with the service. Again the staff is excellent. If I had a problem I could ask anyone and they would go out of their way for me.
There was no cantien or restaurant if you come back late from the city and wanted something small to eat or drink. I would suggest the owner to make this hotel excellent, the hotel need a small restaurant like a cafe with a small menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This would make the hotel very very good...

Location but calm
All the staff were really friendly and courteous. The staff helped me with arranging the taxi and also with printing some personal documents. I stayed in a twin comfortable room. The room is worth for the money. In Kiev for 55$ it's economical. You can take the bus 13K or 90 from the hotel to Nivky metro station. From Nivky metro station it's hardly 15 minutes to reach the city center by metro. Though I don't know Russian or Ukranian I managed to go on my own a couple of times.
It's little far away from the city center.

I liked the fact that this hotel is very clean, and quiet. Very good value for money indeed.
It is a clean hotel near the Expo. You get free wifi.
It is difficult to find, because it is situated in a residential area.
The showers had plenty of hot water, and had a shower head with plenty of options for the kind of other water pressure you wanted. The room was very close to what i expected.
Their was no wardrobe in my room, only some hooks on the wall to hang clothes!
Helpful receptionist, free photocopier, clean rooms, transfer from the hotel to the nearest metro station.
Noisy cafe with poor service. A waiter actually tried to cheat me by pretending to have forgotten the 20% discount for the unch menu - and never apologized.

Cups in the room were dirty, bed linen had stains, strong smell of kitchen inside the room in the morning
