  This is a good convenient hotel close to the airport , ideal for an overnight stay for a person who is traveling on.   The staff were very friendly and ever too glad to help you out and get everything you need! They had access to being able to call the manager for translation which was fabulous!   This was an ideal location for what I wanted, which was a nights stay before I flew out again. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The two restaurants were excellent with good service. The shuttle service was good and convenient. I will use this hotel again. - Free one way transfer from/to the Borispol airport.   The lady that met me at the hotel was extremely nice and she really helped with arranging good transportation to the hotel. She keeps the place very clear and is extremely down to earth. She also upgraded me to a better room since it was closer to the bathroom and no one was occupying it at the time. The hotel would be described as a bed and breakfast in the west and the large house was modern and very clean.
