Staff very accommodating, fantastic value for the money - lovely (if a wee bit old and tired) room with very carefully thought out details such as quality hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee in the room (with real cream for the drinks - not powered stuff). All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and hot options cooked to order. All the big attractions are within easy walking distance. Close access to walking the city walls, great views and it's free!

The staff are amazingly friendly and really made us feel welcome. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and all round nice. It felt more like a family hotel than a chain hotel (and I mean that as a positive comment.)

The owners of the hotel were first class in all departments. I would stay again without hesitation, as everything fit the bill for my requirements. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and since the room was ready, they let us go upstairs and freshen up before sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the wall. It was within walking distance to everything and had free parking for our rental car. I can highly recommend Gregorian House.
