  A proper holiday hotel!! The bedroom was clean, a decent size, and had sea view (we were upgraded as there was a room with a bath availible), The staff were professional, pleasant, polite and efficient (especially the breakfast room staff) the breakfast was frehly cooked and filling. The staff were helpful on the desk. The room was great with a view, even it was on the second floor. Everything was at hand. The breakfast was a hearty one. Would recommend.

  Excellent location close to beach and pier and also ideal for the town centre. Booking in at reception was so easy and relaxed and all required information was given by a very knowlegable receptionist and it only took a few minutes. This hotel has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in and have already recomended it to our friends. - thought the staff were all fantastic could not do enough for us in all our demands. I cannot fault anyone who worked there always a smile and a friendly hello.I had a small issue with the room when we got there but John sorted it straight away and to be fair it was unforeseen, i am a great believer in seeing how issues are dealt with and i have very high standards when i have paid good money for a service.

Great staff in hotel and restaurant. Would highly recommend.

  Good value for money. We stayed in executive suite and had a fabulous view of the pier and the beach. Very friendly staff, eager to help. Lovely white towels in the nice bathroom. Being September it was quiet, could be noisy in the summer. Will stay there again. - ideally situated close to everything. Having a car park next door was very good , we were given a notice to put in the car which meant we didn't have to pay a parking fee. We will definitely be going back.
