Set in half an acre of gardens, the Watergardens is a 4-star B&B situated between the villages of West Ashton and Yarnbrook. It offers free Wi-Fi, a self-catering kitchen and outdoor patios. Bright and airy, all rooms include en suite bathroom facilities and many come with their own patios. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, fresh flowers, free toiletries and a tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. The breakfast menu includes a choice of traditional English breakfast and full continental breakfast with fresh fruit, cheeses, Wiltshire ham and warm croissants. There is also a small studio kitchen for snacks and take-aways. Westbury Trading Estate and Trowbridge Train Station are just a 5-minute drive away.

Jenny is a fabulous host and cook. She is friendly and helpful, with good advice for travellers. There are two large lounge rooms, books, toys, games. The second kitchen is available for cooking, with all facilities and crockery,and there are dining tables for eating in. Beds great, rooms nicely furnished and spacious with pleasant bathrooms. Chickens are Parsely, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme and are pretty. This is a real home away from home, best yet for all it's facilities.

We had a very friendly greeting and taken straight to our room as we were tired travelling, served tea and biscuits on our own little veranda in a beautiful garden setting. The acommodation was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated, much thought having gone into the comfort of each guest. The best breakfast selection we have ever had and pleanty of it! Fabulous relaxing stay, and Jenny was just wonderful, we loved her!!!!. Lovely room with patio. Plenty of space. Great use of lounge and kitchen. Our 3-year-old found box of toys immediately so he was very happy. So convenient, situated a short walk from The Hungry Horse - cannot get more child-friendly than that! Very relaxing. Just what we needed. Fabulous spread at breakfast and yummy fry-up. Set us up for the day. Jenny does a great job providing the quintessential B&B experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of cold and hot options. Property was pleasant with fruit trees and chickens. There were several choices for evening dining within a few miles. We especially enjoyed the Long Arms in Steeple Ashton. We had a lovely welcome, with coffee and an offer to book a local restaurant for dinner. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, as was the lounge. It was an ideal stop off on our journey and Jenny prepared a hearty breakfast before continuing. The rooms are a very generous size. En-suite was fab. Upgrade to the superior king size! Well worth it. Breakfast was varied and wonderful. Very comfy huge bed. Being 6' 3" was a refreshing change! Everything is kept spotlessly clean and fresh. The breakfast was really, really good, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and having use of the kitchen and lounges was wonderful with a little two year old in tow. A very nice place to stay, and would visit again. Friendly reception. The traffic noise from the nearby road was a little invasive if you're used to countryside silent nights like I am. But it does quieten down after the pubs chuck out. Traffic noise, but that is just me being picky :-). Nothing. No complaints at all. I could not find any fault at all. Couldn't get Wifi signal in room but was fine in communal areas. Nothing. The slight downside is coming out onto a road that is very busy at times, but all the pluses far outweigh that!. Good food/nightlife is a good drive away. Shower room a bit small. the location was hard to find. Nothing.
