  We were met on arrival by James who was an exceptionally nice young man. He made our short stay run very smoothly.The room was very clean and well set out and cleaned each morning. Breakfast was very good qualty with more than enough to eat and a great choice. The drawing room was a very nice place to relax and read etc at the end of the day.All in... co mówią ludzie » all a very good experience.Great value for money - The house is in a lovely position on a quiet green farm. There are nice gardens and beautiful views from the windows. The family running it was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were some of the best we had in Scotland.

  Stayed along with other members of family. Karen, the owner + host, whose attention to detail was exceptional, couldn't have been more helpful. The house itself was spotless, cosy + warm (weather was very cold). Breakfast was varied + substantial + hot food freshly cooked to our liking. Lovely countryside location but close to St. Andrews also. - The person we met with to check-in was very friendly and explained everything well. The room was very tidy and the bathroom in particular was of a very high order, it looked new with a new powerful shower unit. The beds were also comfortable, and there was little-no road noise or other noise.
