The Hotel was clean. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly. We had a problem with a DVD player in our room which was dealt with in a professional manner and when a replacement could not be found at short notice we were upgraded free of charge. - Pretty much everything. This was my first trip to Swansea so I went with an open mind. I had booked the hotel because of its location and price.The staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly and supplied us with maps and details of places of interest. The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to check in at 1130am. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean,comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, as much as you like and very tasty. Taybarns evening food was good and cheap with helpful, friendly staff. Will definatly stay again.

Everything was great. Right from the start there was the friendly welcome at the check-in. The room was very spacious with a large sofa. Breakfast was very good and plenty in spite of the room being very full at Father's Day. It was easy to get to town on foot and in a good location for a visit to The Mumbles. The supermarket next door is also very convenient.

Room was comfortable and spotless. I liked the fact that the pub was downstairs and was quite friendly. There was live music but I returned after closing hours so this did not have any affect on my sleep! It was very good value for money.
