Quality and cleanliness of room. Good, simple breakfast
No restaurant but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
Very handy for Clarkes Village.
Almost everything. The staff were courteous, the room was a good size and comfortable, and the location was very close to Clark's village.

We had a fantastic time ! And really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were very welcoming and the setting was very pleasant but some facilities are in need of an upgrade such as removing the chub locks on the rooms. The breakfast included was not of the quality one would expect for the price but wasn't unpleasant.
Old fashioned property. Ideal location for Clark's. Freedom to leave car on site after we checked out.

Having to negotiate three stairs up to our en suite was a little awkward, though presumably other rooms did not have this problem.
Having the room directly above the bar and, therefor, being kept awake until 1.45am! Lack of consideration from other guests for those trying to get to sleep..ie talking loudly, running along the corridor, banging the doors. Website says the hotel give their guests a voucher booklet for Clark's, but the staff knew nothing about this!.
Room was freezing cold upon arrival, shower did not work properly. Room was horrible.
