The welcome we recieved was just great,chris and george are wonderful people and they cant do enough for you ,we will be going back that is a definate,telling all our family and friends, GO TO BEACHLANDS,its like being with family .
Chris and George were excellent hosts and looked after guests extremely well, nothing was too much trouble. Have recommended to family and friends. Beachlands is the best place to stay in Skegness. We will definitely be back.wszystkie opinie »
Both George and Chris were very welcoming and friendly. We booked the four poster room and it was beautiful. We were only 5 minutes walk away from the pier and the main shopping and amusement area. Lovely accommodation.
Loved every minute of our stay owners were lovely people breakfast was excellent owners couldn't do enough will defiantly be staying again :).
The breakfasts were terrific value, huge portions and very tasty. They kept us full until tea, just needing a small snack for lunch.
The guesthouse was clean and comfy and George and Chris who run it are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely .

no car park although there is a council car park next door also if you are lucky there is parking in the street.
Maybe a bit over priced but as there are no budget hotels in the area I.e premier inn ect it's about on par with other accommodation in the area.

Hidden cost to hire the venue key.,should have been included in the
sales blurb.This could cause embarisment to a person if they did not
have ready access to finance.incedental but should be mentioned.
