  From the moment we where greeted was so friendly and warm which brought much needed joy after long train journey. Our room very clean and bright I felt I got the wrong place for my money.we all slept well shower and toilet worked very well. They get better infact, every year. Very pleasant and comfortable and within easy reach of all pubs, restaurants, tesco and attractions like Alton Towers. Great value for money and they cater for larger families as well as groups of friends which can sometimes be difficult to get a room for.   Staff were friendly and curtious. having an aged Aunt, We were given a room in the quite part of the hotel. I was grateful for their concern. Hanley City Centre a great shopping area. - The peace and quiet despite a number of children staying. I think the staff should be complimented in the allocation of rooms.
