We often come to Blackpool for a long weekend during the illuminations but hadn't stayed in the Henson before. There were 5 of us, all family, in 3 separate rooms and we were well taken care of from day one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely look to the Henson for vacancies first the next time we are coming down. - The p

Very relaxing atmosphere. Liked the bungalow idea for the rooms. Fantastic suites for the function side of the business. The owners were very friendly and helpful, Jan especially made us feel very welcome and at home, very nice gentleman. The rooms are gorgeous! The apartments are spacious, very clean and the lay out lovely. The beds are amazing!! Bedrooms have everything you need, (including decent hairdryers!) and the bathroom was lush! We had my partners 6 year old daughter with us and she LOVED it here! We will stay again for certain. Thank you Jan :)

A great way to relax over a weekend and the facilities are second to none. We wanted to get away from the hassle and found this to be a little hidden gem. The near by pub was fantastic and everything hit the spot. You are left on your own at weekends with no reception. This in my view was great as it gives trust to the customer. Really found this

Tewitfield Marina is outstanding in every aspect. The accommodation is modern, clean and secure overlooking a well maintained marina complex. The property exceeded our expectations and I will definitely book again in the near future.

comfortable apartment with good kitchen and comfy beds, includimg the sofa bed. good location in quiet north beach area, right next to trams for easy access to Tower, Pleasurebeach etc and good pubs, takeaways and breakfast cafe nearby if you don't want to cook.

The location is great,the pleasure beach only a 5 minute walk and away from the noise of the centre. I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I wasn't expecting too much! the apartments are pet friendly and are fully equipped, more than the average self catering, nice and clean. The owner and his staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Quiet and convenient location with car parking right outside the door yet only 5 minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach. Very clean, plenty of hot water and well equipped. Dog friendly, at no extra cost, with grassed area opposite the apartment for last wee of the night.

The swimming pool was free. The Hall and grounds are beautiful. This accomodation was better than 3 star. The ladies with me were given a single red rose each on arrival. This was much appreciated and reflected the excellent service throughout our stay.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and beautiful setting the resort is in and being greeted by the ducks each morning. The lodges were well equipped and spacious. The meals in the bar/restaurant were reasonably priced and excellent quality, the chocolate fudge cake is to die for. Will definately return and recomend to friend
