It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful.   Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).
