  The room was lovely with a very large, comfortable bed. The toiletries were good quality, and we had a good supply of tea making facilities and biscuits. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice for our evening meal which was delicious.The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times and were keen to ensure we had all we n... co mówią ludzie » eeded and that we were happy with everything. Which we were. - The hotel was more like a 5 star and the staff so friendly, they all made us feel so welcome.The breakfasts on the terrace were lovely. We only ate out two nights out of 9 and the hotel food was far superior. Olga was an absolute treasure, she looked after us so well, I would recommend this hotel.

  The five star service started the moment we were greeted at the airport by a key member of staff from the Bella Luce.We were given a short tour of the island and arrived at the hotel , check in was smooth and efficient, we were given a brief show round of the hotel and it's facilities and shown to our luxurious room overlooking the gardens and poo... co mówią ludzie » l.Throughout our stay the staff were superb, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.Food and ambience very romantic and 1st class quality. The faciliti - Lovely old-fashioned feeling with modern amenities. Professional and nice staff. Rooms are very clean. I stayed in a single room. The room itself was spacious enough but the bathroom was tiny. There was an iron and iron board in the room, which was a big +. Excellent breakfast. The location is a bit inconvenient. Not in walking distance from the town and there really is no restaurants (except hotels own) in waking distance. However bus 81 stops next to the hotel.
