  Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging.   Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries.
