  The customer service we recieved from staff was amazing. From the timewe arrived until the time we left it was none stop, we really hope thatmanagement are aware of how good the staff really are. We had doorsopened for us,top service at dinner and breakfast also we were veryimpressed the concierge, the window of our van was very frosty andbefore we... co mówią ludzie » knew it he was behind us with frost spray - The Turn Down Service, Spa, The Bath was amazing, The Themal Suite, The Open Fires, Surrounding areas, Everything really. It's such a nice place. The staff are exceptional. By far the best hotel I've stayed in and I've been to some nice hotels in my time!
