We chose this hotel because it had parking facilities and for its brilliant location. We were delighted with our choice in every respect. The restaurant was also excellent if rather expensive.

We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. Perfect! Breakfast was good too and on until 11am so we could have a nice sleep in!! Room also came with its own friendly Seagull which came to say hello from time to time. This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! The hotel is in a perfect location, with wonderful views of the sea, pier and the Brighton Eye. The hotel is spotless throughout, and the rooms are wonderfully equipped! The bed was huge, and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the ensuite wetroom a delight. There were thoughtful touches everywhere- a coffee machine, lovely biscuits, and chocolate; bath robes and toiletries; a smart tv and WiFi....

The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. We were all (including our 4 year old) made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. The room was lovely and very clean. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we would definitely like to return. - Exceptionally friendly and helpful owners, comfortable rooms, excellent food. Very good value.
