Nice and friendly staff that are always on hand and help with anything your needs may be wether it be sight seeing know where to get good food bars and clubs, surfing hire and best places they pretty much know the score also good place for stag and hen parties to come too -

great location for seaside and country walking(only 15 mins by foot from St Just), beautiful sea and valley view from window, self-catering kitchen, well-equipped room, toilet and bathroom, cannot ask more for a hostel. -

This has been one of the best places that i have stayed ever!! The accommodation itself is very simple but clean and the staff was very helpful. But what really stands out of all the other places is it location, it is a 10m walk from the village but it has one of the most beautiful views i have ever seen. I would strongly recommend it if you are looking for a remote place with an amazing view and you like nature!

The staff is friendly and very proud of their jobs which is the best thing for the hotel. No wonder it is in such a good condition. You should be really proud of this! Paul, the person who was on reception and looking after the place was extremely friendly. He even gave us a car tour guide that he had of the local area of Cornwall to take with us while we were driving around sightseeing which included some sights that most tourists don't get to see.
The food was great and good value for money. the facilities were all very clean and we were made to feel so welcome and at home.

The location is amazing, right on the cliff top, just a short walk to 2 beautiful beaches. There was a great atmosphere on the Friday evening in the beer garden, overspilling onto the cliff top. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast team seemed short staffed (just 1) but he was calm and helpful and efficient (lots of people would have turned into Basil Fawlty).
Good food too. Would definitely stay again. The kids loved it.

Phil, Amy, and Emily (Staff) go the extra mile - they were always available, and most helpful and informative. The location is stunning and the facilities are superb; and this is evident from the happy families who return year after year. I feel reluctant to let the secret out! -

This is a very friendly hostel. I stayed there for one night while on a cycling holiday and was given a very warm welcome.
The hostel itself feels very remote as it's tucked away down a long track but It's only 6 or 7 miles from the Eden Project (nice bike routes to get there too!) and there's plenty of other things to see in the area.

I have stayed in many fine hotels throughout the world on both business and pleasure and to be honest I didnt know what to expect, especailly with the price so cheap. Frerinds had booked me in. I have to say that I was delighted. The staff were very freindly, the hotel clean, a good bar in reception, the view from my bedroom was awsome overlooking

Staff where lovely, very cheap so we was excepting cheap and cheerful honestly we didn't expect much, but the room and service was amazing and would go back again! We went for a weekend away a group of girls just wanting a bed we got much more lovely sea view and clean and tidy room! So thank you! Us city folk enjoyed our weekend in Newquay :)
