  The staff were exceptionally helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the fact that there was secure parking right next to the hotel - great value for central parking in Truro. - friendly staff, lovely room with free upgrade, great dinner and breakfast

  From arriving to leaving everything and everyone was excellent.The golf was very good (though rather slow, following a ladies friendly match). The hotel is in beautiful surroundings and was so quiet, particularly at night allowing for a good night's sleep. All the staff without exception were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This greatly enhanced the experience of our holiday. The bar meals and breakfasts that we had were similaly excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Staff at the May Tree Restaurant next door were equally pleasant and efficient, and the restaurant had a good family atmposhere.   Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. - We arrived much earlier than the check in time but the receptionist ... co mówią ludzie » went out of her way to see if the room was ready. Above all I would say that despite long hours of dealing with the general range of customers needs in a busy environment, all - I had visited bude about ten years ago but was unable to see much of the area as it was for a bereavment so i wanted to spend a little more time there so i returned there this time last year unfortunately i was delayed in my arrival and the weather was not to great but the Brendon Arms was most wecoming and i hand a fantastic meal that night which made me want to return which i did getting more time to enjoy Bude and the Brendon Arms was just as good as last year.

  my husband and I were delighted to see a change from overly soft beds and pillows. Thank you.
