We really enjoyed the cooked breakfast but the continental table didn't have much on it. - Excellent leisure facilities-lovely pool -Room service real haute cuisine-felt like a filmstar! Staff brilliant-i lost an earring and rang themnext day-they had found it and posted it on to me thanks richard forgoing the extra mile!!

I loved the fact that it was easy to check in- they had those trolley things that allow you to get your own luggage.They had more than one vegetarian option- I had both and they were delicious.room was very clean.great hair dryer . -

We enjoyed the weekend break the hotel was central to the town centre, there were plenty of resturants close by.
We visited the cathedral and enjoyed the bar at the hotel. The rooms were very good and the staff very freindly we would definetly use this hotel again and enjoyed the offer price we used for this visit. We would like to visit maybe early July 2013.

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. The owner was very nice and the decor was lovely. It is easy access to a bus route which runs to either the tube or Heathrow Airport Terminals 1,2,3 and 4. Recommend that information for Terminal 5 be added to directions to and from Heathrow. We had a power cut in our room (227) at 1.20 in the morning but the night staff were on the case and gave us lights again within 5 minutes, also I forgot to bring the toothbrushes and paste these, along with the firm pillows I asked for, were in the room by the time returned after our night out - Convenience to city centre and excellent breakfast

Enjoyed afternoon tea and relaxed. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was also fantastic an excellent time had by both of us. - Really lovely hotel. We stayed for a friends wedding that was held at the hotel. Would highly recommend. At £60 it is a stonking bargain!
