  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  Apart from the beautiful surroundings and the hotel itself, the thing that impressed me the most at the Oakley hotel, was the attitude of the staff. I was impressed by their friendliness and their eagerness to please, and just their general attitude to do what they could, to make our stay and relaxing and pleasant one. - The ease of everything and... co mówią ludzie » the staff they were wonderful - breakfast busy but unlike most hotels where they leave you in a queue they offered coffee and a seat in the lounge area and collected you when a table was ready - well done! Food was excellent at dinner.
