  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel).   I booked this hotel for someone else to stay. Unfortunatly this person was taken ill during her visit. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful, helped her in every way, visited her in hospital, and collected her when she was discharged. She has nothing but praise for the hotel and its staff - From the minute we arrived the welcome said it all... co mówią ludzie » , everyone couldnt do enough to make us feel so at home. On my next visit will definately come back here to stay.

  We were moved to the Harbourside hotel which for the money we payed it was ok. We ot a complamentary breakfast. - room was clean and comfortable and close to railway station, staff were helpful

  The staff were outstanding and I say that as someone who stays in hotels regularly. They looked after me incredibly well and made me feel welcome and I observed them doing the same for others. - lovely comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff have stayed at this hotel on three occasions now and each time have found the same friendly welcome
