The breakfast on Monday morning was very good indeed; service was friendly and attentive. My room, although small, was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is well situated next to Nottingham Castle. - The location was ideal only a short walk to the city center and the parking was great and very cheap £5,50 for 24hours

Great value for money (when booked through this site and on weekends). Modern decor and still very cozy and welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff. Fairly close to Nottingham City Center if you are driving, as this is primarily a business hotel it probably does not matter much unless you are using it as a base to explore Nottingham. -

Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. I like this hotel, it has character, nooks and crannies and its a nice place to be. The food was great and there was loads of it. I was surprised the restaurant wasn't busier than it actually was. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. On arrival at the hotel we had our room upgraded free as the one we had booked wasn't available. the whole hotel was newly refab. and was so lovely and clean. our 2 children loved it too.
The manager and all the staff would do any thing for their guests.
