Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. The receptionist who checked me in on Sat morning was polite, helpful and very professional. It made my stay all the more enjoyable. Many thanks to you all. - since our last visit the

The staff were all extremely friendly but especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. I don't recall her name but she was a small older lady at breakfast on Sunday 23 Oct - please could you thank her for being so friendly and helpful. - after the meeting three of us still has some discussion to complete and with two of my colleagues were welcome

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and the attention to detail was great, and the breakfast was cooked fresh with a great selection, the whole package was great value for money. - Room was nice and dinner was excellent. - The staff were great. Hotel was lovely.

Great value for money (when booked through this site and on weekends). Modern decor and still very cozy and welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff. Fairly close to Nottingham City Center if you are driving, as this is primarily a business hotel it probably does not matter much unless you are using it as a base to explore Nottingham. -

I like this hotel, it has character, nooks and crannies and its a nice place to be. The food was great and there was loads of it. I was surprised the restaurant wasn't busier than it actually was. The suite we were given was really comfortable in an annexe (converted cottage), It was full of old world charm, tastefully decorated and had it's own beautiful cottage garden full of scented flowers. It's hard to find better staff, it was bonfire night and the staff arranged us so we could see the fireworks while waiting for the dinner at the restaurant. Also made possible that my girlfriend could have dinner, that's rare because she's allergic to so many things that usually restaurants can't serve us.
Also truly fast Wifi, we could stream HD with our netflix account.
