  The hotel style was old, but in a good way. Medieval building with modern décor. Rooms were quite basic modern, but cosey. The breakfast area was beautiful with very modern and clean décor.   Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. - We arrived much earlier than the check in time but the receptionist ... co mówią ludzie » went out of her way to see if the room was ready.   A very welcoming stay, comfortable in the family room for 2 adults + 2 children, with private shower & spa bath, close to beaches and Newquay's facilities and airport. She is good at making you feel comfortable whatever time of day it is, and nothing was too much trouble. The spa bath that came with our room was fantastic, as was the breakfasts. The rooms are bright and comfortable beds.

Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.
