Helpful staff. Excellent bathroom (refurbed 2 weeks ago to high spec!). Comfy bed. If you want a bit of lively evening, this is the place to stay (karaoke/drag night!) Excellent location - even found 'free' parking nearby. Excellent value for money - have fun!.

Nothing was a trouble fir them. Very friendly and helpful.
the guy who received us was extremely cool and friendly.
the staff the venue how close it was to every where.
Very accessible to night life and city centre.
location
size of room
speed of check in.
all of the hotel. Left alone to do what you want when you want.
Good central location not far from main station and in middle of gay
night life.
the bathroom is decorated to a high standard and the beds were comfy.
Brilliant if you are in Manchester to party all night.
Good location, close to downtown, staff ok.
Centrally located, with a late night bar. It definitely offers good value compared to the even the mid-tier chain hotels in the area. Overall the rooms were compact, but clean & tidy.
The room was clean and the hotel is in a central location.
It was clean.
Secondary glazing - windows steam up, though does keep out the noise from the traffic. Did request 'twin' beds, but got a double. TV really small screen, if I'm being really picky.......
The hotel is situated in manchesters gay area.we were 4 straight men who did not realise till we got there.however we were made to feel completley welcome and found the gay clubs fun, had a great time dancing and enjoyed ourselves.
No luxury breakfast, no soap, little noisy (room nr. 5 is above the (karaoke-)bar.
Nothing.
it was loud, but we knew that before, so no real complain. we wanted to be in the middle of everything and that's exactly what this place has to offer.
the price was a bit much but tbh i can understand why it is that much with the location its in.
Cabaret downstairs too loud.
a constant door next door banging, we was both too wrecked to be bothered to deal with it, but it was constant from when we got in at 5am till 9am.
nothing. Some people will find the noise from the bar below intrusive. I personally found the the staff/customers shouting up the stairs and along the corridor in the evenings much more annoying.
Hotel has a bar with very loud music on until 3am so did not get much
sleep. Very noisy location. Reception was not open in morning to check
out, had to hand keys to a cleaner.
There isnot table in the room. The TV need repair.
It felt like there was no sound proofing I hardly slept both nights I was there.
Small problems with comfort.
It's not a purpose built hotel, and the facilities make that quite clear, in particular the stairways & halls.
A number of rooms are right above the nightclub, but when we asked to be moved we were given a quieter room.
Also, Wednesday morning seems to be pretty busy delivery wise...and noisey!.
On a Tuesday night, loud music was played until 1 am (the New Union is a pub with guest rooms above it). This was loud enough inside the room that I couldn't sleep until after the pub downstairs shut.
Also, there was no shower soap provided and breakfast is not included.
No toilet seat cover.pipes made hooting noise on neighbours using
water..shower leaked..tv had no signal...karaoki made roim vibrate and
could not sleep till music had stopped at two am as so loud even with
ear plugs in could hear every word.went home after first night rather
than staying two.
