From my experience there are few hotels in Liverpool which can compare to the high quality and care put into developing the facilities. The location of The Casartelli is also something which makes your sty even more spectacular, it is central to all Liverpool’s attractions. - Brilliant location. Gorgeous apartment and the staff were extremely helpful. We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

  Everything! From the incredibly friendly staff, the super clean well equipped apartment , to the smooth and easy communication with them. It was all faultless.   The look of the building is every inviting.. ''olde worlde ''more like a castle..in a nice suberb of liverpool.. nice friendly helpful staff & a varied menu with plenty of beers on tap...our room was large-ish with en-suite bathroom T.V. Tea making facilities & very peaceful nights sleep ... breakfast is traditional english or just cereal'... co mówią ludzie » s if you wish.. the hotel is close to the M62 & a ten minute drive in the city.. we enjoyed our stay & would stay again if in the area... Reco - Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm. The size of the room i booked. The huge car park meant my car was safe. The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining). The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals. The bed was super comfy. The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.
