With wooden floors and wall art, each living area at Spectrum Apartments includes a flat-screen TV and a glass coffee table. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs for guests.
Fully equipped for self-catering, the kitchen provides an integrated oven/hob, as well as a microwave and a refrigerator. Guests can make use of kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station is only 10 minutes’ walk away, while the Tate Modern Gallery and The Beatles Story museum can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot.
Please be advised that guests will need to come in to the office at a separate location in order to check in and collect the keys for the apartment.

It was my first time with spectrum base service. I've visited so many places but I found this one is
1)amazing
2)best value of money.
Upgrade to penthouse - very spacious and comfortable.Freedom to use kitchen and rooms as we liked.
Had everything you needed for a short stay. Second time I've booked up with base so all good.

Spacious and clean. Exactly as we expected and more.
The appartment was spacious and well equiped.

Spectrum apartments smelt of urine, couch was broken . I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. But staff were helpful and moved us to another apartment but could only accommodate for 1 night instead of 2!.

Bouncers on door were not very nice & a bit in your face which we didnt appreciate.
The beds were a bit cheap and uncomfortable.
Smelt of urine and things were broken. We were showed another apartment which had a massive stain on bedroom carpet and the block the apartment was in look like a prison !.
Apartments looked nothing like the pictures advertised, the furniture
was torn, old and worn. Only one bathroom to facilitate six people. It
was very cold in the apartment block. The photos showed a very modern,
clean apartment. The apartment was old, badly decorated and not suitable
for six people. It had no balcony which was also advertised.

Important information to guests
Check-in time is between 14:00 and 22:00 at the office, apart from Sundays, when the office closes at 21:00. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out.

The property has an over-25 policy and is very strict on noise pollution, as the apartments are in a residential block.
The property does not accept stag or hen groups; such bookings received will be subject to cancellation.
The property reserves the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorize a security deposit on the credit/debit card (must be the same card used for the accommodation pre-payment), from GBP 50 up to GBP 250 per person by chip and pin terminal on arrival. Please be advised that cash, visa electron, solo or laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorization.
The card holder should be present at the time of check-in.
A weekly cleaning service is provided.
