  The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very homely and welcoming. Our room was lovely and large with plenty of room in the hallway for our cot. We were shown to our rooms and everything that we needed to know was explained to us. Spa facilities were amazing and again, very friendly staff. Grounds were amazing and very relaxing.

  Considerate, affable and accommodating staff were present throughout the hotel, from reception to the restauarant. Food was very pleasant, and the general atmosphere was well established and maintained.
