  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home.   Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London! Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

  Tak - The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

Every thing that you could have needed as a traveller were with in a stone throw of the accommodation. - All of the staff was very friendly! The apartment was in a great location and felt very safe. Although I booked a standard double at a very deep discounted rate (typically this means getting the box room next to the staff quarters), I was given an apartment room which was really a suite.
