All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. conveniently positioned for many of the top tourist attractions. There
is a perfect view of the top of the Shard from the Balcony. A real
plus is that The Bus Stop is immediately outside the front door
,Waterloo Tube station only 10 minutes walk and Lambrith North Tube
station only 4 minutes walk which makes for easy travel around

Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!
