Apartment 4 has it's own very nice balcony.
Quiet at rear of property.
Large apartment.
Lots of cooking utensils for when not eating out at night. -
It was in a very quiet spot considering how close to Buck Palace Rd we were. Really enjoyed the peace after hard day at work.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The location was first class. The rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and the linen of acceptable quality. The proximity to Victoria Station is a plus. The apartment was just so safe & secure, and was very well equipped. An added bonus to have a washing machine on holiday. The apartment was clean and beds were comfy. -

Great location for sight-seeing, welcoming comfortable attractive Hotel, family-friendly, my 7 year old says 'it's really tidy and nice'. V good cocktail bar and restaurant at Hotel, 'Caxton Grill'. We ate there with 2 children. Accommodating, great food but expensive. Compared to other London Hotels the rooms were of a good size (for London). -

I fail to see how anyone could fail to be impressed by these apartments.
1] location was tops.So close to the tube.Interesting locality.Plenty of good pubs and eating establishments nearby.
2] Felt very secure.
3] Apartment was modern and clean.Good bed and shower.

It was a quiet and clean apartment in a great location. It was easy to walk to almost all the tourist attractions. There were several pubs nearby that had great food. The staff were available and helpful, particularly one lady who helped us a lot when we were expecting some tickets delivered. (I wish I remembered her name) We would stay here again.
