We booked studio and the upgraded to two bed room apartment (free of charge) also, they agreed to give a late checkout until 2:00 PM.

The location of the apartments were close to shops, bars and transport, which was very handy. The view from the balcony was amazing and felt like our own purchased apartment. The price was amazing compared to other places within London, would definately stay again

The concierge was extremely helpfulin helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestionsfor a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, they assisted in parking our car in the very small car park. Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.
