My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us
breakfast and complimentry drinks and food in a privare room between 5pm

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing. It was very handy to the Liverpool Street Station. It had an Iron andBoard in the room and the Bed was Very Comfortable. The Staff were veryfriendly and to my surprise the breakfast was included in the price andit was very nice indeed. We stayed over a weekend and as the hotel is situated within the City the streets were empty and the surroundings very quite. Excellent location with the Tower, Aldgate tube station and buses just around the corner.

I booked Hotel Indigo for my husband's 30th birthday and it really was ideal. We had hoped for a relaxing city break and that is what we got.
The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and a turn-down service because it was hubby's birthday, which was lovely.
The hotel décor was modern and clean and the room (superior double) was well furnished, comfortable and stylish.
