The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

The staff were amazing.They enquired about our comfort/happiness at every opportunity,provided an ironing board and iron with smiles and willingly gave us an emergency safety pin for my daughters blouse( she was in Salford for a university interview) They even wished her luck on the way out.Jim even asked how we were when we were next door having

We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the food and service was excellent. A perfect location across from Old Trafford with easy access by bus to the Trafford Centre. They were able togive me local information and advise me about transport and where tovisit. I loved the bar and terrace on the quay. Very relaxing.

Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre. Very convenient to metrolink. Very friendly and quiet hotel. Stayed at the Old Trafford Lodge on several occasions and have never been disappointed. High standard always maintained. Will be back. - I would really reccommend this hotel - a fantastic and unique place to stay - if you have an executive room you are virtually on the pitch! Clean, friendly, everything you could need, great breakfast, speakers in the bathroom - wow!
